April 16, 2007 - Larnaca - KIPA Pharmacal Ltd announced today the signature of a Distribution Agreement with the German pharmaceutical manufacturer Temmler Pharma GmbH & Co KG, located in Marburg. KIPA did neither comment to the details of the agreement, nor to the products concerned.

Mr. Kikis Paraskevas, MD of KIPA Pharmacal Ltd mentioned however that he is much exited about the product of Temmler Pharma which KIPA will launch on the Cypriot market in the near future.

Temmler is an independent pharmaceutical company, founded in 1917 and since 50 years already active in internationalization of their products. The main therapeutic areas where Temmler is active are the Central Nervous System, Pain, Warts, Obesity and Digestion in both the RX and OTC markets.
